Clan MacCulloch Guestbook

It seems that a select few individuals have ruined this Guestbook for our visitors that are genuinely researching their family heritage. They are adding numerous entries to the guestbook with links to sites we feel are inappropriate and do not mesh with the theme of this site.

We have, therefore, decided to disable this guestbook by terminating any further entries and install a guestbook in its place. So, please visit this page in the near future to sign our new guestbook.

I am a retired Chief Petty Officer of the US Navy. I was in Scotland in my younger days and have wanted to trace my lineage ever since. My family is from Indiana (Terre Haute). We have traced back to Virginia but not across the big pond. Love to find out more. Enjoyed reading all you have posted here.

As stated in my location, I am currently living in Edinburgh, Scotland. I am from Oakland, California by way of Chicago, Illinois. I am doing my best to find out about one half of my history by coming here and seeing it first hand. That is the only recommendaitoni that I can make about genealogical research... Do it first hand if you can.

I am a descendant of Bonnie Coleen Taylor McCullough and Earl Thomas McCullough of Coshocton, Ohio.
I am very interested in our family history. As most McCullough's coming from Scotland seemed to have settled in Northern Ireland, I am curious as to whether most McCulloughs are Protestant or Catholic?
In my immediate family. some are Protestant and some are Catholic.

Descendant Edward McCullough County Tyrone Ireland, and son Patrick who came to Quebec and then to Maine in early 1800's. Name MacCollar evolved as a result of not one but two accidental
mispellings over the centuries. Would love to talk to Irish and Scottish relatives. To US descendants of McCollough/McCollar/McCollar I have much info, contact me. Specifically searching for info lineage of Helen McCollar Merchant, New Vineyard Maine, b. 1900ish.
